Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to lead teams and manage shifts

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems such as training food safety inventory management

  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer service
  • oversee service procedures and organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru areas
  • ensure food quality safety and cost control in the kitchen
  • hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
