Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- proven leadership or supervisory experience
- ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively
- basic understanding of food safety and inventory management
- strong organizational skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- prior experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments advantageous

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report performance results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
- oversee sales promotions and organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru operations
- maintain food quality, safety, and control food costs
- train kitchen staff on production procedures
- hire qualified crew, train and schedule to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew to promote a positive work environment
