Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively
  • basic understanding of food safety and inventory management
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • prior experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments advantageous
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report performance results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
  • oversee sales promotions and organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru operations
  • maintain food quality, safety, and control food costs
  • train kitchen staff on production procedures
  • hire qualified crew, train and schedule to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew to promote a positive work environment
