Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum age of 18 years
  • prior management experience is preferred
  • ability to lead shifts and manage teams
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to uphold company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to run business operations including P&L management
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • experience in staffing and people development
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant shifts ensuring fast and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • oversee Guest Service Department ensuring great customer experience and organized service areas
  • manage Kitchen Department for food quality, safety, and cost control
  • handle People Department responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
  • ensure compliance with company standards and reporting requirements
