Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to team and managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver great customer service
- oversee sales promotions and train service staff
- organize front counter, McCafe and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food fast and safely
- control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
- motivate and recognize crew members
