Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to follow established procedures and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up on tasks and report results to other managers and teams
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
  • Train staff in service and production procedures
  • Oversee scheduling, hiring, and motivating crew to meet operational goals
