Job Description

This job posting is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Although the franchisee uses McDonald's branding and menu, the franchisee operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Train staff in service, production, and safety procedures
  • Oversee food safety and quality standards
  • Manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet restaurant goals
