Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- Delegate tasks and set goals for teams
- Ensure all staff are trained in service and production procedures
- Monitor food quality, safety, and cost control
- Organize front counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas
- Report results to management and provide coaching and direction
