Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- Follow up and report results to team and managers
- Oversee Guest Service Department including customer experience, promotions, Front Counter, McCafé, Drive-Thru
- Ensure kitchen delivers quality food with controlled food cost and safety
- Manage hiring, training and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
