Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead various restaurant systems and operations
- Commitment to maintaining high food safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is ideal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team
- Ensure Guest Service staff deliver excellent customer experience and manage sales promotions
- Oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures and menu updates
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit goals
