Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proven ability to manage a team effectively
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lead various restaurant systems and operations
  • Commitment to maintaining high food safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is ideal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive team player with flexible scheduling
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team
  • Ensure Guest Service staff deliver excellent customer experience and manage sales promotions
  • Oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Train kitchen staff in production procedures and menu updates
  • Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit goals
