Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
  • manage food quality, safety, and cost control
  • hire, train, schedule, recognize, and motivate crew
