Job Description
This job opportunity is with a independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, which functions separately from McDonald's USA. This franchisee owns the rights to use McDonald's logos and food products to run the restaurant but handles all employment matters autonomously. As such, employees hired for this position will be directly employed by the franchise operator, not by McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for staffing decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling, underscoring an independent operational framework within the McDonald's brand umbrella.

Job Requirements
