Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • monitor and report results to team and other managers
  • oversee customer experience and sales promotion execution
  • ensure proper training of service staff and organization of front counter and drive-thru areas
  • control quality and safety of food, manage food costs, and train kitchen staff
  • recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew
  • provide coaching and leadership development
  • manage staffing and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
