Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- Organize front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru service areas
- Manage food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training in the kitchen
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
