Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage specific departments such as training, food safety, and inventory
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on task completion and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
- oversee promotional activities and service areas like front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru
- manage kitchen operations including food quality, safety, and cost control
- train kitchen staff on production procedures
- hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- recognize and motivate crew throughout their employment
