Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
  • report results to management and team
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • oversee sales promotions and service procedures in front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
  • ensure kitchen delivers high quality food quickly and safely while controlling food costs
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members
  • motivate and recognize employees to enhance team morale
