Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English
- proficiency in using computer databases and standard office equipment
- ability to operate word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
- strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- capability to work full-time in Honolulu, Hawaii
- physical ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds

Job Duties
- serve as point of contact with customers by phone and email to respond to inquiries and requests
- enter and retrieve information from computer databases using keyboard, mouse or trackball to update records, files, and reservations
- operate standard office equipment aside from computers
- draft letters, memos and documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
- transmit information or documentation using computer, mail or fax ensuring accuracy and completeness
- greet guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs and assist guests with disabilities
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
