Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional appearance
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
  • Proficiency with computer applications including word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment

Job Duties

  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
  • Enter and retrieve information in computer databases to update records, files, reservations, and answer guest inquiries
  • Operate standard office equipment other than computers
  • Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • Transmit information or documents using computers, mail, or facsimile machines, including proofreading and editing for accuracy
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, uphold confidentiality, and protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests genuinely
