Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License
  • Three years of administrative or event coordination experience within an entertainment, hospitality, or venue operations environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willing and available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Additional coursework or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related preferred
  • Obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License
  • Three years of administrative or event coordination experience within an entertainment, hospitality, or venue operations environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ticketing, scheduling, or venue management systems is highly preferred
  • Willing and available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all entertainment communications between internal departments, artists, vendors, and management
  • Coordinate all logistical and hospitality details for live entertainment and special events, including artist travel, artist lodging, production, and day-of-show requirements
  • Ensure operational accuracy and accountability by preparing and maintaining schedules, reports, contracts, and documentation for events and Entertainment Department programs
  • Collaborate with the Director of Entertainment and the Production Manager to assist with budgets, vendors, and post-event reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing to produce and deliver accurate and timely entertainment promotions and communications
  • Exhibit exceptional guest service and professional representation when interacting and communicating with high-profile artists, tour personnel, and guests
  • Perform administrative functions including data entry, correspondence, purchasing requests, and accounting support
