Your Whole Meal is a dynamic and rapidly growing personal chef service based in the Denver metro area. This company specializes in providing weekly meal preparation services by creating custom menus tailored to each client’s needs, grocery shopping on the day of cooking, and preparing delicious, nutritious meals directly in clients' homes. Job Requirements
- Restaurant kitchen experience
- Ability to multitask and manage several dishes at once
- Knowledge of gluten and other common allergies
- Willingness to learn quickly through training
- Self-sufficient and dependable
- Calm under pressure
- Availability Monday to Wednesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Own a car and valid driver’s license
- Personable with good client interaction skills
- Own a laptop/tablet/phone and printer for menu management
Job Qualifications
- Culinary school preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced restaurant kitchens
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques
- Strong time management skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with allergy and special diet requirements
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in local sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare multiple meals simultaneously according to custom client menus
- Shop for groceries on cooking days
- Cook meals in clients' homes
- Clean kitchen and manage cleanup after cooking
- Stock client refrigerators with prepared meals
- Manage meal preparation with attention to dietary restrictions and allergies
- Maintain compliance with local sanitation regulations
