Job Requirements

  • must have at least three years of experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership abilities in a senior role
  • fluency in English required
  • fluency in Mandarin highly preferred
  • meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • pass a comprehensive medical examination
  • pass a thorough background check
  • willingness to complete paid cabin senior leadership training in Beijing
  • flexibility to work variable rosters including day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to be on-call

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of three years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience such as serving as a purser or in a senior cabin crew role
  • fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a multicultural team
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • knowledge of international aviation safety and service standards

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew during flights
  • ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed
  • oversee premium first class service including the Forbidden Pavilion
  • lead pre-flight briefings and manage crew performance
  • act as point of contact for escalated passenger issues and emergencies
  • coordinate with flight deck and cabin teams for smooth operations
  • maintain compliance with airline and regulatory standards
