Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in event staffing or security roles preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Capability to conduct security searches including use of metal detectors
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in crowd management or event staffing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Physical fitness to perform duties involving standing, walking, and occasional heavy lifting
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Directing patrons to their seats and venue services such as restrooms and ATMs
- Conducting searches at venue entrances including bag searches, visual searches, metal detecting hand wand searches, walk-through metal detector searches, and pat-down searches
- Managing barricade activities including catching crowd surfers and moving heavy stage barricades
- Performing crowd control duties such as directing small and large crowds and restraining patrons when necessary
- Working nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- Implementing emergency duties including comprehending and directing venue evacuations
- Collaborating with other staff to maintain venue safety and enhance customer experience
