Job Duties
- Coordinate with high-end caterers and FBOs to ensure specialized dietary requirements and premium beverage selections are impeccably presented
- maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger manifests and enforce security perimeters at private terminals
- conduct tailored safety briefings for teams and executives ensuring FAA compliance
- collaborate with team travel managers and flight dispatchers for seamless logistics transitions
- provide exceptional hospitality and fine-dining service to VIP clients
- ensure all safety protocols are met during flights
- manage bespoke provisioning and onboard service quality
