- Experience in a dental or medical office preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with dental software such as TDO and Open Dental preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet patients and serve as the welcoming face of our practice
- Schedule and confirm appointments accurately in Open Dental
- Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and post payments
- Communicate effectively with patients and providers via phone, email, and in person
- Provide information about procedures, paperwork, and financing options
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
- Support a positive patient experience through empathy and professionalism
