Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a dental or medical office preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with dental software such as TDO and Open Dental preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and serve as the welcoming face of our practice
  • Schedule and confirm appointments accurately in Open Dental
  • Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and post payments
  • Communicate effectively with patients and providers via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide information about procedures, paperwork, and financing options
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
  • Support a positive patient experience through empathy and professionalism
