Job Requirements
- At least one year of dental office experience
- Fluency in Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

- Dental office experience of at least one year
- Ability to speak Spanish fluently

Job Duties
- Answer calls, text messages and emails
- Scheduling patients for appointments and follow-up calls after treatment
- Welcoming patients and coordinating their documents as they come in for their treatments
- Calling insurance companies for benefit eligibility
- Data management
- Translation and presentation of treatments for Spanish speaking patients
- Patient intake
- Checking out patients and taking payments
