Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in dental reception or related field preferred
- proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment
- bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations
- schedule and confirm patient appointments
- handle patient check-ins and check-outs
- verify and update patient information and insurance details
- manage phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- maintain accurate records using Dentrix software
- support overall office operations and assist team members as needed
