Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of dental front office experience
- basic knowledge of dental terminology
- proficiency with Eaglesoft software or similar dental practice management software
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work part-time on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of dental front office experience is required
- knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- familiarity with Eaglesoft software
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Job Duties
- greet patients and manage front desk operations
- schedule and confirm patient appointments
- answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- maintain patient records and manage insurance documentation
- assist with billing and payment processing
- coordinate communication between patients and dental staff
- ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized
