Job Requirements

  • One or more years of dental front office experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
  • Reliable and punctual

  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
  • Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Perform dental assisting duties as trained, supporting clinical staff
  • Float to various roles within the practice as required
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
