Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of dental front office experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Reliable and punctual
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to learn dental assisting duties and complete related training
- Compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
Job Qualifications

- One or more years of dental front office experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Perform dental assisting duties as trained, supporting clinical staff
- Float to various roles within the practice as required
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
