Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of previous dental front office and treatment coordinating experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of previous dental front office and treatment coordinating experience
- Knowledge of Dentrix is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Present and schedule proposed dental treatment to patients and answer questions regarding procedures, timelines and fees
- Follow up with patients on pending or incomplete treatment plans to ensure they understand the value and timing of care
