Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in dental front office or similar customer service role
- knowledge of dental insurance processes
- proficiency in appointment scheduling software
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual work habits
Job Qualifications
- prior dental front office experience preferred
- experience with patient scheduling, dental insurance, and payment collections
- familiarity with Eaglesoft software
- preferred experience with Dentrix practice software
- bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
Job Duties
- greet and welcome patients as the first point of contact
- manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- handle dental insurance verification and claims processing
- collect payments and manage billing inquiries
- maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations
- address patient concerns and provide excellent customer service
