- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of previous dental front office and treatment coordinating experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of previous dental front office and treatment coordinating experience
- knowledge of Dentrix is preferred
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- experience with dental practice management software
- proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- present and schedule proposed dental treatment to patients and answer questions regarding procedures, timelines and fees
- follow up with patients on pending or incomplete treatment plans to ensure they understand the value and timing of care
