Job Duties
- Welcome and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression of our practice
- Accurately collect and update patient information, including personal and insurance details, to maintain up-to-date records
- Accept payments for services, co-pays, and outstanding balances, providing receipts and assisting with billing inquiries
- Schedule follow-up appointments for patients, ensuring convenient and timely access to care
- Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate staff members or departments
- Verify patient insurance coverage, ensuring accurate billing and reducing financial burdens for patients
