Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service
  • Professional verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with Denticon software preferred
  • Knowledge of dental insurance policies preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression of our practice
  • Accurately collect and update patient information, including personal and insurance details, to maintain up-to-date records
  • Accept payments for services, co-pays, and outstanding balances, providing receipts and assisting with billing inquiries
  • Schedule follow-up appointments for patients, ensuring convenient and timely access to care
  • Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate staff members or departments
  • Verify patient insurance coverage, ensuring accurate billing and reducing financial burdens for patients
