Job Duties
- Welcome and check in patients for their appointments
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Coordinate new patient intake information and input data into the system
- Answer phone calls cheerfully, respond to questions, and schedule appointments
- Assist with administrative duties to maintain organized files and smooth front desk operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive patient experience
- Support communication between patients and clinical staff
