Job Duties

  • Welcome and check in patients for their appointments
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
  • Coordinate new patient intake information and input data into the system
  • Answer phone calls cheerfully, respond to questions, and schedule appointments
  • Assist with administrative duties to maintain organized files and smooth front desk operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive patient experience
  • Support communication between patients and clinical staff
