Job Requirements
- current dental hygienist license in Illinois
- associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene where required
- excellent working knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient screening
- CPR certification
- ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- capability to sit and stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
- availability for virtual or in-person training sessions
- successful completion of tuberculosis test prior to employment

Job Duties
- perform dental hygiene procedures including cleanings and scaling
- educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- conduct dental patient screening and document medical histories
- utilize dental technology such as digital x-rays, Velscope, Diagnodent, and digital scanners
- collaborate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and support staff
- participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
- maintain compliance with health and safety protocols
