Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • knowledge of dental software preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • punctuality and reliability
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties

  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • verifying insurance coverage for all clinical appointments
  • collecting payments for services rendered
  • developing and maintaining doctor and hygiene schedules as needed
  • greeting and checking in/out patients before and after treatment
  • educating, consulting, and presenting patient treatment plans
  • managing accounts receivable, including sending billing statements, reviewing aging reports, and handling collections
  • filing insurance pre-determinations
  • conducting financial consultations with patients when new treatment plans are presented
