Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- knowledge of dental software preferred
- excellent communication skills
- punctuality and reliability
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- verifying insurance coverage for all clinical appointments
- collecting payments for services rendered
- developing and maintaining doctor and hygiene schedules as needed
- greeting and checking in/out patients before and after treatment
- educating, consulting, and presenting patient treatment plans
- managing accounts receivable, including sending billing statements, reviewing aging reports, and handling collections
- filing insurance pre-determinations
- conducting financial consultations with patients when new treatment plans are presented
