Job Requirements
- One year experience in dental front office
- Knowledge of Medicaid/Chip and PPO insurance is a plus
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Must be able to communicate face to face, through email, and phone
- Must be team-oriented and willing to collaborate with others
- Must have high energy and great customer service skills
- Ability to commute to both Terrell and Kaufman locations
- Availability for two Saturdays a month
Job Qualifications
- One year experience in dental front office
- Knowledge of Medicaid/Chip and PPO insurance is a plus
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills face to face, via email, and phone
- Team-oriented and willing to collaborate
- High energy and great customer service skills
Job Duties
- Check-in/check-out patients with great customer service and a positive attitude
- Ensure accurate entry of patient information and obtain copies of insurance cards
- Collect payments as required and schedule follow-up appointments
- Conduct initial audits
- Schedule patient appointments correctly and communicate effectively
- Manage medical records ensuring all records and consent forms are completed
- Call patients with insurance estimates and verify insurance benefits when necessary
- Complete data reporting in a timely manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Present treatment plans and charges efficiently and effectively
- Answer insurance and finance questions related to treatment plans
- Close cases with high ability
