Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or call center preferred
- Proficiency with office management systems and scheduling software
- Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work 7:30 am to 5:30 pm schedule, 4 days a week with rotating days off

Job Duties
- Receive inbound calls from orthodontic patients in a high call volume setting
- Professionally communicate with patients and orthodontic teams in various office locations
- Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Collect new patient information and track in office management system with accuracy
- Resolve patient inquiries and concerns regarding orthodontic treatment
- Maintain organized records and update patient files
- Provide detailed information about services and answer general questions
