Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center preferred
  • Proficiency with office management systems and scheduling software
  • Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility to work 7:30 am to 5:30 pm schedule, 4 days a week with rotating days off

Job Duties

  • Receive inbound calls from orthodontic patients in a high call volume setting
  • Professionally communicate with patients and orthodontic teams in various office locations
  • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
  • Collect new patient information and track in office management system with accuracy
  • Resolve patient inquiries and concerns regarding orthodontic treatment
  • Maintain organized records and update patient files
  • Provide detailed information about services and answer general questions
