Job Requirements

- prior experience in concierge or customer service role
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle high call volumes
- proficient with office management systems
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work a 4-day, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm schedule
- dependable and punctual
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Receive inbound calls from orthodontic patients in a high call volume setting
- professionally communicate with patients and orthodontic teams across various office locations
- schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- collect new patient information and track it accurately in the office management system
- resolve patient inquiries and concerns regarding orthodontic treatment
