Job Duties

  • Receive inbound calls from orthodontic patients in a high call volume setting
  • Professionally communicate with patients and orthodontic teams at various office locations
  • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
  • Collect new patient information and track it in the office management system with accuracy
  • Resolve patient inquiries and concerns regarding orthodontic treatment
  • Maintain organized records of patient interactions and appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with the company’s WOW experience standard
