Job Duties
- Receive inbound calls from orthodontic patients in a high call volume setting
- Professionally communicate with patients and orthodontic teams at various office locations
- Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Collect new patient information and track it in the office management system with accuracy
- Resolve patient inquiries and concerns regarding orthodontic treatment
- Maintain organized records of patient interactions and appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with the company’s WOW experience standard
