Job Requirements
- An experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with at least 3 years of clinical experience
- organized, dependable, and detail-obsessed in the best way
- a team player who brings good energy and adapts easily to change
- passionate about great dentistry and even better patient care
- familiar with digital charting such as Dentrix or Denticon experience is a plus
- this is primarily a general assisting role, but surgical experience is a bonus
- knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- understanding of health and safety regulations
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist the Dentists chairside
- welcomes patients
- prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
- selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
- instrument sterilization according to regulations
- maintains accurate patient records
- lab tasks as instructed
- provide post-operative care instructions
- maintain clean and stocked operatories
