Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- periodic travel to include occasional overnight travel
- licensed to operate an automobile without hours of operation restrictions
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in restaurant management, additional operations and/or leadership experience preferred
- associate or bachelor degree preferred, but individual with high school diploma or equivalent and a proven, successful operations background will be considered
- strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- communicates effectively in the English language
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- ability to identify and anticipate opportunities and implement corrective action steps

- disciplined and flexible with the ability to adjust to changing local market and restaurant conditions while properly balancing work with personal life
- solid financial and business acumen

Job Duties
- Directs restaurant operations with responsibility for guest service, hospitality, brand standards execution, and employee training
- achieves controllable profit and flow thru goals by overseeing all controllable cost and taking the appropriate corrective action to achieve the desire results
- ensures timely implementation and ongoing execution of all company and corporate initiatives and marketing promotions
- develops Restaurant Managers and hourly employees through training programs, individual development plans, and assignments
- ensures all equipment and facilities are in compliance with standards and takes corrective action when required
- attracts, hires, and retains the best hourly talent to meet staffing requirements and customer service standards and expectations
- shares responsibility with District Manager on attracting, hiring, and developing Restaurant Managers to make a cohesive management team
- proactively handles employee relations issues and deviations from brand standards involving the District Manager and HR as appropriate
- develops and executes the local store marketing plan to build relationships with civic, business, school, and professional organizations to drive sales and guest count growth
- performs all other tasks and duties as assigned
