Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- One or more years of experience as an hourly restaurant employee with Denny's
- Completion of the Diamond Development Program
- Completion of all e-learning job code modules
- Management Food Safety Certification
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for 85 to 95 percent of the shift
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperature changes
- Ability to operate point of sale systems and handle cash
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations execution and manage staff in absence of Restaurant Manager
- Demonstrate strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Supervise 5 to 20 crew members during shifts
- Ensure adherence to Denny's brand service and quality standards
- Operate point of sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations
