Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- One or more years of experience as an hourly restaurant employee with Denny's
- Completion of the Diamond Development Program
- Completion of all e-learning job code modules
- Management Food Safety Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk throughout a 4 to 8-hour shift
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperature changes
- Ability to work inside and outside
- Neat and professional appearance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Overseeing restaurant operations execution and management of staff in lieu of Restaurant Manager
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Supervising approximately 5 to 20 crew members on shift
- Operating point of sale system and cash handling
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
- Providing excellent guest experience by maintaining Denny's brand standards
- Handling high-stress situations and problem solving
