Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- One or more years of experience as an hourly restaurant employee with Denny's
- Must have completed the Diamond Development Program
- Completion of all e-learning job code modules
- Management Food Safety Certification
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 85-95 percent of shift
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to operate point of sale system
- Must meet all local health and safety regulations
- Must have strong communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Overseeing restaurant operations execution and management of staff in lieu of Restaurant Manager
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Supervising 5 to 20 crew members during shifts
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Operating point of sale system and handling cash transactions
- Lifting and organizing supplies up to 50 lbs
- Maintaining observations of staff and restaurant operations for quality and efficiency
