Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Suggesting new menu items from limited time offerings
- Cleaning, completing side work, and organizing supplies as needed
- Proactively assisting other team members without being asked
- Providing total guest satisfaction
- Greeting and welcoming all customers immediately upon arrival
- Verifying the number in customer parties and determining special needs
- Seating customers appropriately and introducing daily features
- Keeping hostess area stocked and clean
- Handling incoming telephone calls and taking to-go orders
- Maintaining proper supply of clean menus
- Providing beverage suggestions and refills
- Resolving and notifying management of customer complaints
- Collecting payments and handling cash according to procedures
- Bussing and cleaning guest tables
- Delivering dirty dishware to dish-room and stocking service area with clean dishware
- Packaging to-go orders with 100 percent accuracy
- Completing sign off on all to-go receipts
- Expediting dine-in orders with accuracy and proper food positioning
- Preparing drinks for waitstaff to improve speed of service
- Performing other related duties as assigned
