Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Good manual dexterity and coordination
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Reads grill video monitor to identify products that need to be prepared
- Prepares menu products including warming, toasting, grilling bread products, cooking items on grill
- Operates timers and removes products when timer sounds
- Discards ingredients or products that have expired or do not meet quality standards
- Sets up and maintains equipment
- Keeps workstation stocked
- Maintains cleanliness of work area and wears appropriate safety equipment
