Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout a 4 to 8-hour shift
- ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs
- able to raise a tray weighing up to 25 lbs to shoulder height
- must be able to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift, and grab
- sufficient mobility to operate in work area
- able to hear well in a loud environment
- must meet state, county, or municipal regulations regarding health risks and food handling
- ability to observe and differentiate monetary denominations
- ability to serve all menu products
- ability to operate point-of-sale system
- able to work around potentially hazardous chemicals
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing

- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly
- take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- suggestively sell menu items to increase guest check averages
- assist with guest seating and special needs
- prepare beverage orders and some appetizers, salads, and desserts
- check orders for completeness and presentation
- attend to guests throughout the dining experience
- maintain knowledge of station and floor breakdowns
- use proper telephone etiquette and assist with to-go orders
- pre-bus, clear, clean, and preset tables promptly
- handle complaints and requests courteously and notify supervisors of issues
- follow safe cash handling procedures and complete transactions accurately
- assist other team members willingly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- complete all required side work including deep cleaning
- provide cordial and prompt service adhering to brand standards
