Job Requirements

  • minimum of 18 years old
  • excellent communication skills
  • must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • ability to operate a computer/tablet to enter and retrieve data
  • must be willing and able to perform a variety of physical activities including bending, stooping, climbing, and working in tight spaces
  • must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
  • must be able to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags
  • eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal) per local requirements
  • legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • must be able to work during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need
  • successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications

Job Duties

  • remove all trash from aircraft and clean and restock all lavatories and soiled magazines
  • clean aircraft floor, galley, all seats, seat back pockets, and tray tables
  • complete daily equipment checks and associated checklists, including security searches
  • use personal protective equipment, including a face shield and hearing protection
  • maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, managers, airline employees, and airport authorities
  • ensure the operation functions in a safe, caring, dependable and efficient manner at all times
  • perform other duties, as assigned
  • effectively communicate with all hub services agents
