Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years old
- must possess a valid state issued driver's license
- excellent communication skills
- must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- ability to operate a computer or tablet to enter and retrieve data
- must be willing and able to perform a variety of physical activities including bending, stooping, climbing, and working in tight spaces
- must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
- must be able to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags
- eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal) per local requirements
- legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- must be able to work during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need
- successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications

Job Duties
- Remove all trash from aircraft and clean and restock all lavatories and soiled magazines
- clean aircraft floor, galley, all seats, seat back pockets, and tray tables
- complete daily equipment checks and associated checklists, including security searches
- use personal protective equipment, including a face shield and hearing protection
- manage the daily operation to ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly
- provide direction, instruction and coaching to employees as needed
- work closely with dispatchers and supervisors to ensure employee assignments are followed and completed correctly
