Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and communicate verbal and written instructions in English
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks making independent decisions involving the operation
  • Must possess strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach others
  • Must be a goal-directed leader and demonstrate service-oriented performance
  • Must be familiar with all FAA/TSA/Airline/Company regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and drive for operational excellence while taking responsibility for decisions
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings
  • Must meet necessary requirements to obtain and retain security sensitive identification badge
  • Must complete all training and maintain certification through employment

  • Previous radio/phone dispatch experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Make independent decisions on employee work assignments and locations based on operational needs
  • Direct employee work assignments in a professional and courteous manner
  • When operationally necessary, give "direct order" to agents refusing an assignment while maintaining professionalism and remaining calm
  • Promptly receive and respond to telephone and radio calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Complete daily reporting thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Project a positive image while responding openly, honestly, and timely to inquiries in a courteous manner
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Ability to be flexible and work schedules that span a 24/7 operation including weekends, holidays and work overtime as needed
  • Work shifts will be assigned and may include late nights and early mornings
