Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Five years operational experience in ground handling, cargo, or aircraft fueling
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent knowledge of safety practices and procedural compliance
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Effective problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain professional work relationships

Job Duties
- Act as technical expert on the ground for complex issues
- Coach and coordinate the team assigned to tasks
- Perform senior member tasks such as handling aircraft doors
- Accurately capture service activities for invoicing and complete reports
- Allocate tasks during turnarounds and other operational areas
- Ensure compliance with operating and safety procedures
- Supervise operations and stand in for Duty Manager as required
